いちご農家さんから苺と一緒に、こんなメモが入っていたので、今シーズンは『いちご大福』の告知もしないまま、そろそろ終了です。

『いちご大福』は、いつも売れるのに売れない状況です。

うち以上に農薬や肥料を使わない苺農家さんはもっと大変です。

どの農家さんも苺を出荷出来ないことを

「私たちの力不足で、、、」と言われますが、そんなことは織り込み済みでお付き合いさせて頂いております。

そんなことで『いちご大福』の値段ですが、

毎年、うちの店は時価です。

480〜508円位の間です。

時期によって苺の大きさが違うので1ケースに入っている苺の数で値段を決めています。

私が店を始めた35年前は150〜180円位が相場でしたので1つ500円と聞くと高いですよね！

いちご大福の値段のことでは、一年くらい前に、うちの投稿のコメントではなく、たまたま見たコメントの中で、こんなのがありました。

「最近はフルーツ大福屋さんが多いんですが

いちご大福が一つ500円超えはちょっと高いんじゃない。新町にある某和菓子屋じゃあるまいし」と。

なんかうちの店のことを理解してくれていて嬉しく思いました。

はい。材料が高いんです。

普通のグラニュー糖よりオーガニックシュガーは高いですし、無農薬の餅粉もめちゃくちゃ高いです。

それに悪戦苦闘している苺農家さんに請求とは別に支援させて頂いておりますので、ちょっと高いです。
